Barrett Solar Electric Industries, LLC.
Experience: Barrett Inductries, LLC. has been in the business of supplying solar
electric (PV) power systems and components since 1978. As of 1991 they took this
technology and their business in a new direction and develop emergency power apparatus
for governmental agencies to be used in daily and major emergency disasters. During the
past seven years, they had the help of fire, police and sheriff agencies in the
development of these products. The City of Palm Springs,California has supported their
efforts and have allowed the Fire Department Headquarters in their city to be test
center for the past seven years and continues to this day. Barrett Industries,LLC.
and the City of Palm Springs, California including Fire, and Police Departments of this
city have received many awards for this project. To bring new technology to the
emergency agencies of a lasting gift to mankinds future.

Twelve major awards, nine letters of commendations from Fire,Police,Sheriff departments
and three California Mayors; Sonny Bono, Lloyd Maryanov, and William Kleindienst, as of
November 1997. Including recently, the "Award of Merit" through the partnership with the
Palm Springs Fire Department, CA. in the development of a mobile solar electric command
post presented by the IAFC, International Association of Fire Chiefs, Aug. 1997.

Below will be the awards they have gotten in order. I do not have more recent awards
for if I did I will be setting here for a year posting them..lol

THREE-AWARDS RECEIVED FEB. 16, 1994; Presented to Arthur and Clarice Barrett.
One received from Fire and Police, service to the department of partnership and
community, and one from the City Council and Mayor Lloyd Maryanov; Honorary Citizen
Award.

ONE-AWARD RECEIVED MAR. 20, 1996; Presented to Arthur L. Barrett, Jr.;
Who's Who National Directory Of Executive And Professionals; Plaque and Published
Edition; 400 Main Street, Babylon, New York. 11702 Registered at the Library
of Congress in Washington DC.

Well I think this should do it other wise I can be here for a long time posting
so many things. I mean this is some of Palm Springs, they have been in Las Vegas
NV and around the world in many places. This is just only an idea of what they do
and who they work with from day to day. Right now as of 2002 my parents still work
with the law agencies around the world and is working with the government. I would
like to thank you for taking the time to come to this page and getting to know about
